This adapter is used to allow flashes that have no PC terminal to sit on this hotshoe and be fired from Pocket Wizards

The 3.5mm Mono Jack plugs into Pocket Wizard and allows the flash to sit on a hotshoe.

I suggest if you wish to mount on a pole or stand you use either the Hama 6959 Accessory Shoe.

You can also use a Manfrotto 143s or even use the Flash stand provided with your flash
