We have an inbuilt calculator in the Checkout process that gives the actual cost(by Cubic Weight in some cases) to send the item. We must do it this way because it is the only way of allowing the website to calcualte the weight(or cubic weight if the item is bulky) Having said that, Most smaller items are ONLY $8.50 as they are under 1kg We will be sending your order via Australian Air Express. We have selected Australian Air Express because of the tracked service they offer. If your order is placed before 2pm Perth Time then it may be delivered overnight to any major centre. Remote areas may take up to three days, depending on location. Please Note: If you unselect the Insurance option during the checkout process we will have the item marked with an "authority to leave on premises" without signature. This means it will be left on your doorstep without having to obtain a proof of delivery, If you choose to remove insurance you do so acknowledging that Quality Camera Sales Australia takes no responsibility for any losses or damage. Also...Orders under $100 will have an "authority to leave on premises" without signature, If you are not going to have someone at your address to receive the package please consider sending to a work address..or even a trustworth neighbor In the past too many items have had to be redelivered..this costs $6 a cost unnecessary for lower value orders. * Most orders will be despatched on day of order only if in the system by 2 pm Perth Time (5pm Eastern States) orders after this time will go in following Business Days Despatches. High Value orders please contact me for a quote, we do have the means to reduce some costs here Insurance... We do not make insurance compulsary, the check box is marked when you checkout...If you choose to remove the insurance component then YOU ACCEPT any and all risk from damage, loss or the item being stolen when in transit. Once you have removed the check in this box you acknowledge this risk. On the most part we have not had a problem, but for orders over $200 we certainly recommend having it . Returns Goods purchased from Quality Camera Sales Australia can be returned within fourteen 14 days of purchase: If found to be faulty for exchange or repair at the manufacturers discretion. For exchange providing goods are returned in their original unopened packaging. Proof of Purchase is required with any return. For any return you will need to obtain a return authorisation from our company. If you require a return authorisation please use the contact us form an we will email you further details. Please do not return any items without our return authorisation. We do not accept responsibility for items returned without our return authorisation.
